RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Changed your mind or need a different size? We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
All original tags and labels must be intact and attached.
The item must be returned in its original condition.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, perfume/fragrance or alteration will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges are free of charge. Lazydaze will arrange the reverse pickup wherever our courier partners provide the service.

Reverse pickup is subject to service availability at your pin code. If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, our team will assist you with the next steps.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed. Actual timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the order, subject to our return policy above.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

For claims involving a missing item from your package, we may request an unboxing video to help us verify and resolve the issue.

Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
