What is Lyocell?
Lyocell is a soft, lightweight and breathable fabric that feels smooth and gentle against the skin. It also manages moisture well, making it especially comfortable for warm days and nights.
Why does Lazydaze use Lyocell instead of regular cotton?
Cotton is comfortable, but Lyocell takes comfort a step further. It feels smoother and softer against the skin, is lightweight and highly breathable, and manages moisture well — so it feels less heavy and sticky in warm weather.
It also has a more refined feel than everyday cotton, which is why our sets can move easily from sleeping and lounging to stepping out.
Are Lazydaze sets only for sleeping?
Definitely not. Lazydaze is designed to go beyond bedtime. Sleep in it, lounge in it, travel in it, grab coffee in it or style it for a casual day out.
SIZING & FIT
What sizes do you offer?
Our current collection is available in two relaxed-fit sizes: XS–M and L–XL. Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements.
What if I order the wrong size?
We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. The item must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags intact.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed.
Do you charge for shipping?
No. We offer free shipping across India.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Not at the moment. All Lazydaze orders are currently prepaid through the payment options available at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and labels intact.
Do I have to pay for a return or exchange?
No. Eligible returns and exchanges are free of charge. We'll arrange the reverse pickup wherever our courier partners provide the service.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Can sale items be returned or exchanged?
Items specifically marked as Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
CARE
How should I wash my Lazydaze set?
To keep your Lazydaze set looking and feeling its best:
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water
- Wash with similar colours
- Use a mild detergent
- Do not bleach
- Avoid tumble drying; air dry in shade
- Iron on low heat if needed
Lyocell is beautifully soft, so a little gentle care helps keep it that way.
